Basic Pay

Incentive Schemes
Additional amounts are paid to reward, target beating performance.

Sick Pay
For permanent employees, sick pay is paid to those who comply with the notification and certification procedures. The level of entitlement to sick pay is dependent upon length of service and employment category.

Outstanding Performance Recognition Schemes
Further payments and prizes are awarded to employees for outstanding performance.

Referral Scheme
Employees are rewarded for the successful introduction of new people.
“Recommend a friend and earn £300”.

Pension
The Loomis Pension scheme is open to all employees over 18 years of age and with six months service. The company contributes a minimum of 1.5% up to 9% of pensionable earnings and members contribute a minimum of 1.5%.

Life Assurance
Permanent employees are covered by a non-contributory life assurance scheme of twice annual salary in the event of death in service in the first 6 months. If the employee joins the pension scheme (after six months service) then 4 times the annual salary is payable in the event of death.

Holiday
We offer all staff holiday entitlement which starts at 20 days and 8 bank holidays.  Holiday entitlement for part time working is reduced on a part-time pro-rata basis.
