To apply for any of our current vacancies please send a CV and covering letter, clearly stating which of the positions you are interested in to: The Recruitment Team, Loomis, 5th Floor City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham NG1 5FS.

All applicants must have a 10 year traceable work history as all staff employed by Loomis must undergo a full 10 year security screen, including credit check and criminality check.
What will happen next
The Recruitment Team will pass on your application to the relevant Recruiting Manager. If your application has been shortlisted then you will be sent a letter inviting you to interview. If your application is not shortlisted then you will be sent a letter advising of this.
Preparing for an Interview
With your letter inviting you to interview, you will be sent a Stage 1 Application Form and Statement to Prospective Employees. You will need to bring these completed to the interview. You will also have been sent a checklist of items you will need to bring with you to the interview which will include:
- A valid passport
- A driving licence (if it is a driving position)
- A full birth certificate accompanied by a P45, P60 or National Insurance card
- A recent household bill or bank statement
- A payslip from your current / most recent employer
This information is to enable the Company to carry out a 10 year security screen on you. It is important that we can obtain all this information from you at the interview.
Your potential employment with our Company will, because of the nature of our business and the rules agreed within the security industry, be dependent on the results of a detailed check of your references and background.
After the Interview
If your interview is successful your application will be security screened.
If the security screening process is completed successfully then the Recruiting Manager will contact you to make arrangements for you to start employment with us.
If your security screening is unsuccessful, your application will be rejected and we will communicate this to you.
Data Protection
Your CV or any other personal information about you which we obtain in the course of considering your suitability for employment will be stored and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data will be processed in relation to your application to work for Loomis or for the inclusion in your personal records if you become a Loomis employee and for no other purpose.
We will not disclose your information to any third parties and that any information received will be treated as strictly private and confidential.
