Loomis acquires the assets from the French cash handling company Keepway

Loomis AB, Securitas’ cash handling division, has acquired the assets of Keepway, the subsidiary of the French payment and document processing solutions provider Tessi SA. The purchase price is approximately MSEK 41 (MEUR 4.3).

Loomis will acquire cash transports, cash centres and ATM activities, including branches in Lognes, Paris, Marseille, Toulouse, Lyon and Saint Etienne. The operations have annual sales of MSEK 74 (MEUR 7.8) and approximately 130 employees.

Loomis in France will after the acquisition have total sales of approximately MSEK 2,600 (MEUR 270) and about 4,100 employees.

The acquisition will be consolidated in Loomis AB as of June 30, 2008.
