This can be low-level maintenance, replacing the actions of branch staff in remote ATM locations or full maintenance encompassing repair and on going preventative services. This combination leads to a responsive and cost effective solution for maintenance at remote ATM sites.

Loomis-Technical offers maintenance on all of the major ATM models and employs a national field force to provide two-hour response throughout the UK. The service has a dedicated call centre that responds to ATM failures and despatches Engineers and parts to provide an effective repair.

By combining the services of a maintainer and a security service provider, Loomis-Technical can effectively eliminate the need for dual meets at offsite ATMs thus providing a more cost-effective solution delivering industry-leading availability. In addition, Loomis-Technical is able to offer flat rate charging for such activity enabling us to have shared goals with our customers.

The package for ATMs is completed by the installation and upgrade service provided. Loomis-Technical has installed thousands of NCR ATMs around the country and has recently installed 1,000 Diebold and Wincor ATMs. Case studies are available for the upgrade of hard disks, smart cards readers, camera systems and dispenser units.
