Resourcing & Scheduling
Loomis-Technical has a dedicated team of experienced Schedulers working within the Project Management group to ensure that all aspects of the larger project run strictly to schedule. Their work includes the allocation and scheduling of suitably skilled Engineers; arranging deliveries and collections; site access; liaison with the Inventory Control team and additional issues such as organising overnight stays for Engineers. A fundamental part of the Scheduler´s role is exception reporting. The Schedulers work alongside our Project Managers, and this is by necessity a very strong relationship.
Each project has a time-line schedule, agreed between us, which reduces the possibility of failures in the implementation of a project. The Scheduling team will monitor each aspect of the implementation against the time-line schedule and will immediately flag any issues to the relevant Project Manager.
