Discreet Recall Programmes

Loomis-Technical has experience of the management and operation of discreet recall programmes for manufacturers of hardware. Examples include where a large batch of laptop PCs had already been shipped to users around the UK, each PC requiring a simple but critical modification to prevent normal use leading to serious damage to the units. We have also operated programmes to replace batches of hard-disk drives at risk of failure, and in these circumstances, we would normally ensure that not only was a user´s hard-disk replaced, but that a complete copy of the old hard disk was transferred to the new one.
